Help and Healing

There is so much help and healing in using Meditation.  This is not easy to come by in a place of grief if you are trying to do it by yourself.  To have a person to guide you through a process of relaxation and comforting meditation is a wonderful gift in a time of sadness.  It is a time when we drop from our heads to our hearts.  I have found there is so much relief and strength that comes with this practice.  Each one of us is different and has needs unique to us and our situation.   Respecting this and guiding you according to your choices, the grieving process is more likely to come to a resolution that is life-giving in the end.  It is then that the transition leads into the transformation desired.
